We learned a long time ago that the most talented individuals are, well, talented
and individual. They are unlikely to fit into neat boxes with names like ‘account
director’, ‘editorial team leader’ or ‘vice-president of the stationery cupboard’.
Fortunately for us, our clients and the assignments that they ask us to complete
for them don’t fit into neat boxes either. In our experience, the key thing is to
ensure that the team which is charged with delivery of a client assignment comprises
members with the right mix of skills and expertise and that it is effectively led
by someone who has a clear understanding of the desired outcome.
So, as you review the opportunities described below, please don’t be disappointed
not to find a detailed job description or long list of boxes to tick. Anticipate
finding a brief description of the role and an overview of the skills that we think
you’d need to have in order to fulfil it. You’ll also find an invitation to discuss
